Paradox-Psychology is a method of objectively uncovering, understanding and neutralizing self-contradictory collective motivations. Its main components are Inverse Therapy, Inverse Chart, Generational Central Code, and Concept Map. It is characterized by simplicity, factuality, and a new level of intelligence. Its aim is no longer to treat psychological problems at the symptomatic level, but to help transform the individual’s whole life.

Paradox-Psychology does not seek to provide solutions by unravelling the past, but quite on the contrary. It is concerned with the contradictory points of reference that determine the quality of an individual’s relationships. It therefore distances itself from any form of psychoanalysis, and from technical methods that seek to transform thoughts.

Paradox-Psychology does not follow any trends, nor it integrates or complements anything. Instead, it creates a stable and reliable foundation for life on which we can safely rely in any difficulties. Paradox-Psychology does not point the way, but it points to the facts passively, yet encouraging action. It does not offer various ideas of when we should do what, but it shows us how we can begin the work by which we can become real creators and not copycats. And there is a big difference between the two.

After completing the training course, we will be able to recognize the paradoxical processes and the consequent contradictory games that are at play in our current life situations. We become vivid, sensitive and receptive human beings, releasing our life energy that is under constant pressure.
