ITSIAA (Intelligent Thinking System Independent American Association), founded in 2020, aims to promote mental health worldwide through the ITS (Intelligent Thinking System) approach and to support reforms to address mental health issues. In doing so, it contributes to the fulfillment of a new generation of therapists and people with a serious interest in self-improvement.
our mission
our mission
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, and it affects how we think, feel and act.
Since our mental health affects not only our immediate environment but also society as a whole, its quality determines our well-being at a collective level. In other words, the quality of an individual’s mental health also determines the quality of society’s mental health.
We are mentally healthy when our lives are free of contradictions, and we are able to reject with natural firmness anything that divides us.
Because our contradictions are the result of desires arising from our paradoxical mindset, our lives cannot be fulfilled until there is a fundamental shift in this context. To be spiritually healthy, therefore, we must primarily break the hegemony of our contradictory thinking, thus interrupting any process that creates a divisive life.
This is the responsible and exceptional work that ITSIAA America wants to play a major role in worldwide, to help create a society where our children can live safely and freely, and where we can connect to each other, to nature, and to the entirety of life, as creative and fulfilled human beings.
our activities
our activities
For the fulfillment of our lives, it is essential to set a proper baseline for our relationship with ourselves, with others, with things and ideas, and with the entirety of life. ITSIAA strives to support individuals in this process. Since the ITS approach and the use of the Paradox Psychology method based on it is able to dissolve the hegemony of our contradictory thinking and, as a result, not only alleviate but also eliminate human suffering, the activities of ITSIAA can be divided into three main parts:
1 – Lectures and training courses to introduce the approach and use of ITS, thus supporting the individual’s self-development and raising their thinking to a new level.
2 – Innovative training programs to give facilitators/therapists interested in reform methods access to the Paradox Psychology method based on the ITS approach. In this way, they can go beyond the destructive level of adaptation in their work, promote renewal in the field of spiritual care and contribute directly to the fulfillment of the human condition, supporting the realization of mental health in an exceptional way.
3 – Creation of study centers (ITS Study Center) where people meet to understand and see themselves clearly. Visitors can explore why people get caught up in a myriad of problems, fears, desires, and conflicts. They can observe the nature and functioning of the mind while getting in close contact with their thoughts and emotions.
ITS centers will serve as a retreat away from the pressures of everyday life. But it is not for relaxation or entertainment. Retreat is intense work with oneself. It is for serious people to take a serious look at and stock of their lives.
Groups visiting ITS Study Centers are mentored and supported by persons with the qualification ‘ITS Certified Lead Instructor’.
dialogue
In a world that seriously values competition, ambition, and materiality, understanding our inner world has become essential for putting our society on new foundations. And we can only understand ourselves if we are aware of the quality of our relationships. Not just our relationships with other people, but also with ideas, desires, nature, everything. This is how we can discover who we really are. Therefore, it is essential that every facilitation meeting has the quality of dialogue. Dialogue is not a debate about an intellectual theory. Dialogue is to become aware of, and then to examine in the light of questioning, the nature of our problems, with a quality of giving attention to each other, listening, and silence…
